Purpose

ParentConnect is provided to assist parents with:

• Reporting student absences
• Viewing student absence history
• Viewing student timetable information
• Managing ParentConnect account access

Account Responsibility

Parents are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
• Protecting OTP verification codes.
• Ensuring that information entered into ParentConnect is accurate.

Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Access another user's account.
• Share account credentials with other people.
• Submit intentionally false absence information.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of ParentConnect.
• Attempt unauthorised access to school systems or data.

Absence Reporting

Parents are responsible for the accuracy of absence notifications submitted through ParentConnect. Schools may review, amend or manage absence records in accordance with school policies and procedures.

System Availability

ParentConnect may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, upgrades or circumstances outside reasonable control.

School Records

Official student records remain within the school's systems. Information displayed through ParentConnect is provided for convenience and reference purposes.

Changes

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically to reflect changes to ParentConnect or applicable requirements.
