- View student timetable information
- Manage their ParentConnect account
- Reset forgotten passwords
Information We Store
ParentConnect may store the following information:
- School Identifier
- Community Identifier
- Parent Name
- Mobile Phone Number
- Password Hash
- One-Time Passcode (OTP) Records
- Account Creation Date
- Last Login Information
Information We Do Not Store
ParentConnect does not maintain a separate copy of:
- Student academic results
- Student reports
- Student attendance records
- Student timetable records
- Student medical records
- Student enrolment information
Student information remains within the school's systems and is accessed only when required to provide ParentConnect services.
Security
- Passwords are stored using secure password hashing.
- OTP verification is used during registration and password reset processes.
- Access is restricted to authorised users.
- School-specific security controls are applied.
Data Usage
Information collected by ParentConnect is used only for:
- Account registration
- User authentication
